Sales

Job Overview: Position creates sales opportunities through prospecting and growing existing accounts. Manages and maintains accounts in profitable manner.

Reporting: This position is an exempt position and reports to the Director of New Business Development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the entire project success for accuracy of specs, installation and profitability
  • Responsible for managing mid to large sized accounts
  • Develop new product sales within the account
  • Introduce new products and services to clients
  • Attend meetings with clients
  • Specify selection of products
  • Work with Design Department on specifications
  • Manage Project Management responsibilities and arrange with Field Services for delivery and installation of product
  • Under direction of Director of NBD develop pricing strategy
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Develop pricing presentations
  • Develop Proposal and Bid documents utilizing formal templates
  • Work within established and new processes in relationship to all processes throughout the Contract Office Group organization
  • Obtaining POs, deposits, purchase agreements and other documents necessary to secure the actual sale
  • Maintenance of accurate client and prospect records.
  • Maintenance of a presentable, clean and orderly work station.
  • Prompt submittal of call and expense records when appropriate.
  • Maintenance of collaborative relations with all internal departments and team members.
  • Continuing education of sales techniques.
  • Attendance at all sales, product, and training meetings as prescribed by the company.
